The IWCS 2026 host hotel is the Gaylord Palms Resort and Conference Center, which is the same venue that the Forum will take place. Located in beautiful central Florida, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center welcomes guests to an upscale, one-of-a-kind experience only minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando Resort™, and other Orlando theme parks and attractions.

The Gaylord Palms is offering a special conference rate to IWCS attendees. This group rate is available for hotel stays starting October 30 and ending November 5, subject to availability. If calling the hotel directly, be sure to mention that you are part of the IWCS Conference.

Please be advised that there are other conferences in the city that week and hotel space will be tight, so please reserve your accommodations early.

Please note: The IWCS takes a financial risk by guaranteeing a certain number of room nights in order that the hotel will offer attractive rates. If attendees do not support the IWCS in this contract, losses can result which must be made up in registration fees for the conference. Kindly keep this in mind when booking, and do not book more rooms than needed, only to cancel at the last moment when the rooms cannot be resold. IWCS is held liable.
