Use this page to find all the resources needed to successfully prepare, submit, and present a Technical Paper at the IWCS 2026 Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum. The event will take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida Sunday, November 1–Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
If you have been assigned a chairperson for your session, please reach out to them directly with questions. Any other questions can be emailed to Michelle Melsop, IWCS Sr. Operations Manager, at mmelsop@iwcs.org.
Please ensure your VISA will enable you to attend the event. If you do not have a VISA to travel to the United States, or if your VISA will expire before November of 2026, please apply for a new VISA immediately. The wait time for USA VISA applications is long—please plan accordingly.
