The 2024 IWCS Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum will take place at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island, USA Monday, October 14 – Thursday, October 17, 2024. Important information to plan for your successful show experience will be added to this page as soon as it becomes available. Please check back. Do Exhibitors Receive free Forum registration?
Yes. Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary Full-Access pass and three (3) complimentary Supplier Exhibition-only passes for a total of four (4) personnel per each 10’x10′ space reservation. The primary contact for each exhibiting company will receive instructions for registering their booth staff.
Can I Reserve Private Meeting Space?
If you wish to organize private meetings with customers and suppliers, we encourage you to contact the Rhode Island Convention Center to reserve meeting room(s).
How do I sign up to Conduct a Supplier Spotlight Presentation?
The 2024 Supplier Spotlight Session is now full. If you would like to be added to the wait list, please email Michelle Melsop, IWCS Sr. Operations Manager, at mmelsop@iwcs.org.
Where does the Supplier Exhibition take place?
The Supplier Exhibition will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The venue address is 1 Sabin St, Providence, RI 02903.
How do I Obtain a Letter of Invitation for International Travel?
Please ensure your VISA will enable you to attend the event. If you do not have a VISA to travel to the United States, or if your VISA will expire before October of 2024, please apply for a new VISA immediately.
