Essential Functions:
Performs assigned tasks in prioritized, logical, and timely manner in agreement with company laboratory and safety procedures with competence and minimal supervision.
Tests in accordance with specifications provided.
Once trained can perform all core function/testing required by this position.
Obtains formula information from and enters test data and conditions into the lab system.
Compound Operator Specific Responsibilities:
Works directly with formulators and chemists, providing timely and accurate communication of findings and observations.
Performs all compounding-related functions, including weighing, blending, operating the line, pelletizing, pack out, material transfer, and basic troubleshooting of the compounding equipment.
