Commercial Guidelines & Copyright

Review the IWCS Guidelines for Commercial Content and complete the Copyright Agreement before preparing your Papers and Presentations. To be included in IWCS Technical Symposium proceedings, references to commercial product trademarks or tradenames must be kept to a minimum.

IWCS requires each lead author to complete the copyright agreement by September 1, 2023.

Preparing Your Technical Paper

All Technical Papers are limited to 10 pages and must conform to the IWCS standards and formats outlined in the provided template. Papers that do not conform to these standards will be returned for corrections and/or alterations.

Preparing Your Powerpoint Presentation

If you are conducting a presentation, please view the instructions for preparing your Powerpoint formatted in widescreen mode. Unless you are participating in the Poster Session, you are expected to prepare a Powerpoint presentation that will be submitted to IWCS in advance of the event.

Tell Your Friends and Colleagues That You are Presenting at #IWCS2023

IWCS is pleased to share a variety of images to help you spread the word about your presentation. Please consider adding the suggested “I Am Presenting” graphics to your email signature with a hyperlink to https://iwcs.org and post on social media. In the following folder of images, you will find customizable templates that allow you to add your own professional photo and contact information. After adding your information to the PDF, simply export the image as a JPG and post it to social media with details about your presentation.
