The IWCS 2023 host hotel is the Gaylord Palms Resort and Conference Center, which is the same venue that the Forum will take place.

The Gaylord Palms is offering a special conference rate to IWCS attendees. This group rate is available for hotel stays starting September 15 and ending September 21, subject to availability. If calling the hotel directly, be sure to mention that you are part of the IWCS Conference.

Please be advised that there are other conferences in the city that week and hotel space will be tight, so please reserve your accommodations early.

Please note: The IWCS takes a financial risk by guaranteeing a certain number of room nights in order that the hotel will offer attractive rates. If attendees do not support the IWCS in this contract, losses can result which must be made up in registration fees for the conference. Kindly keep this in mind when booking, and do not book more rooms than needed, only to cancel at the last moment when the rooms cannot be resold. IWCS is held liable.
