Supplier Exhibition™ Hours
Tuesday, October 11 from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Set up begins at 6:00 AM on Tuesday, October 11
- Refreshments will be served on the show floor from 5:00 – 6:00 pm October 11
Wednesday, October 12 from 10:00 AM – 6PM
- Tear down begins after 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12
- Refreshments will be served on the show floor from 4:00 – 6:00 PM October 12
Deadlines Vary for Various Options
The Exhibitor Services Manual is an important resource for exhibitors to place orders for booth materials such as carpet and chairs. Orders are handled by our dedicated event logistics supplier, Capital Convention Contractors. Also included in this manual is the information for Lead Retrieval Services.
Deadline: September 9, 2022
Gain premier exposure for your company and encourage event attendees to visit your Supplier Exhibition Booth by advertising in the Supplier Exhibition™ Directory. Submit your complementary exhibit description and optional advertising requests to Wire & Cable Technology International before September 9, 2022. This directory is coordinated and made possible by our publishing partners at Wire & Cable Technology International.
Where can I find Shipping Labels for Freight?
Shipping labels and dates of freight acceptance are included in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
Where do I find my Freight at the Rhode Island Convention Center?
If your packages include completed IWCS shipping labels from the Exhibitor Services Manual, you can expect to find your materials at your booth location when you arrive to set up your booth. If you have trouble finding your materials, Capital Convention Contractors will be on the show floor to assist.
Can I set up my booth early?
No. Booth set up opens at 6:00 AM on Tuesday, October 11.
Do Exhibitors Receive free Forum registration?
Yes. Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary Full-Access pass and three (3) complimentary Supplier Exhibition-only passes for a total of four (4) personnel per each 10’x10′ space reservation. Additional badges are available for purchase.
Can I Reserve Private Meeting Space?
If you wish to organize private meetings with customers and suppliers, we encourage you to contact the Rhode Island Convention Center to reserve meeting room(s). The designated coordinator is Lisa Watson: lwatson@riconventioncenter.onmicrosoft.com.
Can I invite my customers and contacts to the Supplier Exhibition?
Yes! IWCS encourages you to invite your customers and contacts to visit you at the Supplier Exhibition. Once you register to be an exhibitor, you will receive an email with a unique promotional code that you can use to invite customers to the exhibition free of charge ($125 value). Additionally, IWCS has created promotional graphics and suggested e-mail content for you to use. Click here to access these files.
How do I register my booth staff?
Please use the exhibitor registration platform to register your booth staff. Note: this link is separate from the general attendee registration link.
How do I sign up to Conduct a Supplier Spotlight Presentation?
The 2022 Supplier Spotlight Session is now full. Refer to the 2023 booth sign up information below for the 2023 application that opens at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Supplier Spotlight Presentations can be requested on the application and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Where does the Supplier Exhibition take place?

How can I sign up for a booth at the 2023 Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum?
Starting at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, exhibitors will be able to complete the 2023 Supplier Exhibition Application to reserve their booth for the 2023 IWCS Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum taking place in Orlando, Florida Sunday, September 17 – Wednesday, September 20, 2023. If you have any questions, please visit the IWCS booth #403.
